We have combined the spiciest and tastiest microgreens to form a salad that is not only extremely healthy but also fun to eat! Micrgreens like Daikon radish, Agnostic mustard and Triton radish really earn their place in this blend because their flavors work together beautifully and their level of spiciness is enough to give you a spicy zing, but not so much that it clears up your sinuses.

You can certainly use this mix on or in anything but it is really great paired with fish, sushi, steak or even eggs.
