Mizuna Mustard Microgreens - Fresh/Local Delivery Only

MIZUNA MUSTARD MICROGREENS are pretty amazing! Our mizuna mix is a combination of Red Streaks Mizuna and Red Lace Mizuna. Both are peppery in taste and have beautiful, dark green and reddish frilly leaves that look "lacy". They are attractive as a garnish and light and fluffy, even at the microgreen stage when used in a salad. This is a special microgreen that is versatile, tasty and beautiful. We love them and so do many chefs!

Add them to salad, atop soups, on sandwiches, as a garnish for cooked dishes such as fish and meat!

• We are custom growers so we will be planting this just for you. It will take approximately 12 days to plant, grow and harvest these delicious greens for you. Then we deliver them to you on the next delivery day available. If you order a subscription, we will contact you to ask you if you prefer Tuesdays versus Fridays for your ongoing deliveries.
