BROCCOLI MICROGREENS contain cancer-fighting glucosinolates and carotenoid phytochemicals. They are a part of the Brassicaceae family, which also includes arugula, cabbage, and radish. All of the Brassicaceae contain Specifically, full-grown broccoli is high in sulforaphane and broccoli microgreens contain a significantly higher amount of it. Broccoli microgreens also have other big benefits such as reversing chronic illnesses like heart disease and type II diabetes and aiding in the health of your heart, eyes, aging, and digestion.

Add them to salad, atop soups, on sandwiches, as a garnish for cooked dishes such as fish and meat, add to smoothies, or eat alone as a snack!
Lead Time: 10 days
We are custom growers so we will be planting this just for you. It will take approximately 10 days to plant, grow and harvest these delicious greens for you. Then we deliver them to you on the next delivery day available. If you order a subscription, we will contact you to ask you if you prefer Tuesdays versus Fridays for your ongoing deliveries.

Materials

You'll receive either a gallon sized bag or a clamshell containing your microgreens, depending on what the type and size of microgreen you order.

Shipping & Returns

NO shipping available for fresh microgreens. Local delivery to the Tucson area only. No returns, but if you encounter a problem, please give us a call.

Dimensions

We offer different sizes of clamshells and one size of bag (gallon).

Care Instructions

Every bag or clamshell you receive has a paper towel in it. Please it trade out for a dry one as soon as you see moisture building on the original one. If you keep the inside of the bag/clam dry, you can expect your microgreens to last around 2 weeks.
