EARLY BEET MICROGREENS 

Beets are incredibly nutritious! AND SOOO pretty on the plate. Chefs love using them as a garnish for unique dishes and we love adding them to everything!!! Their hot pink stems and bright green leaves are absolutely stunning! 

Add them to salad, atop soups, on sandwiches, as a garnish for cooked dishes such as fish and meat, add to smoothies, or eat alone as a snack!
Lead Time: 12 days
We are custom growers so we will be planting this just for you. It will take approximately 12 days to plant, grow and harvest these delicious greens for you. Then we deliver them to you on the next delivery day available. If you order a subscription, we will contact you to ask you if you prefer Tuesdays versus Fridays for your ongoing deliveries.
